The Ekhukanyeni Old Age Home construction project began in January of 2011, and it is now 50% complete. In spite of heavy rains during the first two weeks of construction, both the perimeter fence as well as the foundation are now complete. Our partners report that "the work to date...has already brought a massive difference in the everyday life of the residents [at Ekhukanyeni]. Some of the residents are looking forward to seeing the construction team and supervisors on site everyday and a lot of smiles and greetings are not out of the ordinary each day on site." Our partners say they are aware of God's blessing and grace on this project, and pray constantly for the work that is being done.
